Living in Petersfield, England:
Tips for Moving and Visiting

Petersfield is a historic market town in rural Hampshire. I, however, live in the nearby village of Rogate which, in complete honesty, is a quintessential English Village: tennis courts, a struggling pub and a parish church form the centre of a pretty but otherwise unremarkable place which perhaps was once predominantly inhabited by farm workers but in which now reside an army of commuters.
If you are moving to Petersfield, you should consider spending a long-weekend in the area first. There is much to explore, including many cosy country pubs, a vast network of footpaths and nearby beauty spot, Queen Elizabeth Country Park. Petersfield is ideally in the heart of the South Downs National Park and is a haven for wildlife.
