There is a circus held one a year at the Circus City Building. There is a lot of poverty, especially on the west side of town. There is only one major grocery store; Kroger. There are more gas stations than cities that are five times its size. Nobody likes living there.
My town is known for having the only amateur circus in the United States. Children residing locally may audition for the circus as if it were a normal community sport. Shows are held during the third week of July yearly, and the event is accompanied by a festival that spans a few city blocks.
