Patna usually has hot summers and chilly winters so one should be prepared to face such harsh climatic changes throughout the year. This city also has a major water scarcity problem. Jobs are also not very easily available in this city and the mindset of the people living here are also quite narrow and orthodox. Hence they should consider all these parameters before moving to Patna.
