If you are considering Palma as a possible destination, it is important to know its proximity to the sea. The impact that the waterfront has on citizens’ quality of life cannot be overstated. The city is home to a variety of easily-accessible beaches, water-sports facilities and commercial ports. To live in Palma is to experience all that the Mediterranean has to offer.

Palma is a vibrant city, full of interesting people. It is in a breathtakingly beautiful bay and is dominated by its imposing gothic cathedral. However, any prospective resident would be wise to research house prices before moving here. In recent years, prices have soared and, depending on your town or neighbourhood of choice, apartments and houses can cost a small fortune.
