Owo is an ancient town in the south western region of the country. It is home to many great individuals in Nigeria. One of the sons of the soil was Pa Ajasin, a former Governor of the state. The city is a peaceful place and it is full of delicious meals and a rich cultural heritage. The town has the biggest palace in Africa and one of the oldest museums in the world. Due to it’s vantage position, the city enjoys adequate security from several military institutions around it.

Owo is an ancient kingdom in the centre of Ondo state in my country. It has a rich cultural heritage and shares lots of similarities with the more renowned Benin empire. The weather is as beautiful as it gets and our food is quite delicious. Compared to other neighbouring cities, there is a reasonable level of security which is occasioned by various military institutions.
