Oakville is a rural community in Western Washington, surrounded by trees and mountains. It sits in the Chehalis River Valley, only an hour’s drive from the Pacific Ocean. The countryside is speckled with cows and horses, and the people are pleasant and welcoming. If hiking is your passion, Capital Forest or Mt. Rainier are both next door and have all the trails you could want.
