Although North York is a good place to move to, it certainly has its pros and cons.

Pros: Better connectivity with highways passing through, average home rentals, job opportunities.
Cons: Poor infrastructure which requires regular repairs which causes jams at major intersections. Small roads.

North York is an expensive city. There is a great deal of construction of new homes (mainly condominiums) that will soon drive up the population. North York varies a lot in terms of safety, with some areas having higher crime rates. The area of Jane and Finch in particular has a reputation for being dangerous.

North York is a very peaceful city in GTA. It is very accessible to everything like shops, transportation, schools, and community centers. You can also find a lot of jobs in the area. In North York, you will find good people from many ethnicities.

North York is a borough of Toronto. Toronto itself is a city that is rich with history and culture. From museums to restaurants, you can explore various cultures just by taking a stroll downtown. You may run into some celebrities filming their latest project in the Entertainment District, or you can catch a game from one of our renowned sports teams, including the Toronto Raptors.

North York is rich in culture, diverse and has something for everyone. Be it art, architecture, nightlife, and wide-open spaces filled with the colours of the season – all years round. My city is also a foodies paradise with cuisines to suit any palate. You will feel at home right away.
