Living in North Miami Beach is nice because you live in the middle of Fort Lauderdale and Downtown Miami. It is still pretty residential here; however, you can start to see the gentrification happening. Houses from the 1960s being replaced by gleaming castles. Because of this, cost of living is increasing fast. Some people are moving to West Palm Beach. That said, North Miami Beach has the best strip club in Miami: Tootsies. I say this because the poles are about 30 feet high and there are real athletes who come, and you feel like you’re watching the National Pole Competition. Everyone here speaks Spanish. There is a gorgeous park here called Greynold’s Park that sports a public golf course. I will be moving soon.

For anyone who is prospectively moving here, I would advise to beware of terrible traffic, and loud disturbances throughout the night. The combination of motor vehicles on a one-laned road is the main instigator. However, the bright side of it all are the beaches! Soft sand and clear waters make moving to the city a little more bearable.
