Noblesville is a great place to raise a family, with good schools, low crime and lots of open spaces. Purchasing a home is a great investment in Noblesville, too – buyers can expect their home to increase substantially in value within two to three years. The downside is that Noblesville is a very competitive real estate market.

Noblesville is a very large place. It’s more or less within Indianapolis, the capital of the state, so it’s a large area. The neighborhoods around where I live are very suburban and nice. There are a lot of gorgeous bodies of water.

Noblesville is a quaint, welcoming city approximately 30 north of Indianapolis. The downtown square features picturesque local restaurants and boutiques with owners who embody midwest friendliness. Cornfields abound, and tractors sometimes generate traffic on backroads. Watching the sunset near the town lake is a favorite pastime of many.
