Nigel is a small, old, mining town with a small population of 38 000 people. Old Churches greet you on almost every corner or street which indicates that it is also quite a small religious community. Everyone knows everyone and the people are very polite and friendly. On the one side of the town, there are multiple farms, including a beautiful farm with horses. The only “mall” in town can be classified as a quick shopping centre for those who come from big, metropolitan areas. It might not have much but the people make up for it.

It is a small and old mining town with many churches on almost every corner. It is a city that has sadly been left behind and forgotten by many, thus it has not lived up to its full potential in the last 20 or so years. The people are friendly and always willing to help one another, everyone knows everyone.
