We’re known for our college. Nacogdoches is the home of SFA University. We are the Lumberjacks! Our high school is the Dragons! We’re also the oldest town in Texas! Nacogdoches was founded in 1779. In 1832, Nacogdoches fired one of the opening guns of the Texas Revolution.

Nacogdoches is a beautiful town but there’s little to do. The best you’ll get for a college party is dancing at the country club Banita’s. I love walking through the nature in the area.

Nacogdoches is small town nestled in the middle of the Piney Woods of East Texas. It is home to the Stephen F. Austin State University Lumberjacks and the local Nacogdoches High School Dragons. This up and coming gem is known for its classic red brick Main Street filled with plenty of antique shops and boutiques.

Nacogdoches is the oldest town in Texas. Nacogdoches is also the home of Stephen F. Austin State University. The road on Main St. is made up entirely of bricks; it is a popular area for tourists to visit while visiting Nacogdoches. If one decides to move to Nacogdoches, he should visit Main St.
