Moose jaw is the town of the friendly moose. People from all over the world travel here to tour the tunnels of moose jaw. There is an amazing place called Skydive South Sask just outside of town, where one could learn to skydive. The town is small but the people are friendly and it’s worth living here.

Moose Jaw is a small city of about 36 000 people. We are known throughout Canada as the “Little Chicago”, as rumor has it the famous gangster Al Capone used to use the tunnels beneath our streets to smuggle alcohol. Now, we capitalize upon that and have nicknamed our city “Canada’s Most Notorious City”. Fortunately, we are not all that notorious, as Moose Jaw is actually a very calm, peaceful city, with a cute main strip and beautiful war-time homes. The tourists here love to compare our city to “a little Banff on the prairies”. It is cute and quaint, and a wonderful place.
