The weather here is wonderful year-round. Montclair is a smaller suburb of Los Angeles, with a lower population. Housing is much more affordable here than it is living in the city of Los Angeles. There is also a vast array of different living situations. There is a big variety of apartment choices, mobile home parks, townhouses, and houses for sale or rent. We also have two large malls for shopping convenience and many small businesses to choose from.
