If you’re looking at the city I reside in, check your total annual salary. Mission Viejo is a beautiful, extraordinarily quiet city by the beach. This area features street parking, low crime rates, quiet neighborhoods, and local family event areas. You must make over $3,000 USD to live in this part of the county.

If you’re moving to Mission Viejo, know it is a suburban area, with residential and commercial areas. However, it is a nice city in which. It is quiet, quaint, and clean. Also, there are many parks, walking trails, and biking paths. There is plenty of nature in this city.

If you want to move to Mission Viejo, please be aware of spider season. It gives anyone with arachnophobia nightmares for weeks. I’ve seen spiders get as big as the palm of my hand! Make sure to be extra careful when going under the trees, because they like to hang down and get all tangled up in your hair, hat, or sweater.
