Quiet, safe, wonderful walking from May-Sept at Luther Burbank Park. There’s a dog park where your pups can run leash free.

Wonderful place to live, with easy access to everything, which helps because traffic is a challenge. Expect large increases in property taxes. My last increase was 33%. Average appreciation of real estate over the last ten years is 6.3%.
