It would be highly beneficial for someone moving here to have a good job because the cost of living in this city is considerably high. The prices on gas are sometimes higher than those in the bigger cities around this area, and auto insurance is almost non-affordable, housing and utility costs could be lower and grocery prices seem to increase on an almost daily basis.
Medicine Hat is a beautiful city filled with an abundance of beauty and history. The city has multiple historic sites that are all connected through beautiful tree-lined paths that weave their way through the various parks and neighbourhoods. Medicine Hat’s famous landmark is The World’s Largest teepee which features paintings from members of the Indigenous tribes in the area.
