Our city is easy to fall in love with. Nice beaches with fine white sand, amazing line of resources, and having wonderful weather in most time of the year are just some of its charms. But the best thing about our city is the people and their genuine smiles that embraces you like a warm hug on a cold day.

The city of Mati, which is the capital of Davao Oriental and widely known for its pristine beaches and unique biodiversity, is modernizing. There are lots of projects lined-up like the A57 Techno park that is eyed as the future center of Mati City.

My city is famous for its beautiful white sand beaches. With varieties of local delicacies that is a must-try. People here are also very approachable. Renting or buying a property is not so expensive. It is also very helpful if you have your own car to travel to different beaches.

Our city has different tourist spots including beaches namely Dahican, Masao, Gregorio and others. Aside from that we have also eco park, house heritage and others that the new neighbours will enjoy. Our city is just considering a small city but this place is considered safe and you can find the respectful people here.

Someone should be adept in speaking our common dialect as it is important in learning our culture, beliefs and have a deeper and wider grasps of our people’s daily lives and practices. This is specifically recommended for foreigners. You should always wear your beautiful smile as it is deemed as a warm gesture to the common folk.

There are a lot things to be considered when moving to our place, we have a lot of tourist spots like beaches in different part of the regions, the incredible view of mountains that really suits for hiking, camping, and trekking. if someone will be moving here they need to choose specific location on where they should reside.

Mati City is surrounded by beaches. You can live in peace due to the tropical breeze. You can also go island-hopping. My city is perfect for a vacation. The people are always hospitable and approachable. Tourists would always come back for the people and the beaches. My city is one of the best places to move in.

If you want to move to my city, you should always remember to wear cool clothes because our place is quite hot. Also, do not talk to anyone, some people might take advantage of you. it is all right to speak in English wherever you are in the city because most people understand the language.

The city that I live in is not as wealthy as other cities known. We’re in a less fortunate place but live happily and with contentment. If someone wants to move in, almost everything can be bought for cheap prices. In addition addition, my city’s weather is hot so make sure to wear summer outfits or thin clothing.

The city that I live in is just a small, yet a breathtaking city. We live near the coastal area so having seafoods in our meals has never been a problem in every family of the city. We also have beautiful beaches: from calm ones where you can relax or do simple water activities (e.g., snorkeling, scuba diving) to the ones facing the Pacific Ocean with bi waves where locals and tourists can enjoy activities like wakeboarding, surfing, riding a jet ski and more.
