there is no mall, but there is a shopping center called the Commons with various retail options. We have a few grocery stores in town, and various fast food and sit-down restaurants We also have nearby parks and hiking locations. There are schools, local government buildings, a public library, and police stations in downtown Martinsburg as well.

Martinsburg might not be the best city but it has its appeal. Hidden throughout are nature spots, historical places and a large homeschool community. It’s also conveniently in a tri-state area within a short driving distance to DC, Baltimore, and Dutch country.
