The city of Marion, Iowa, has a population of around 35,000 people and continues to grow. We could be considered a suburb of Cedar Rapids, which has approximately 160,000 residents. We have four seasons, with hot and humid summers and cold, snowy winters. The people in our town work hard and care for their neighbors and community.

Marion is a small suburb outside of the second largest city in Iowa, Cedar Rapids. It is a very safe area to live in and a great place to raise a family. Marion is an incorporated city within Linn County. Downtown Marion resembles that of any quaint small town you might come across in the Midwest of America.
