It’s dirty. It’s crowded. It’s VERY EXPENSIVE. And yet, it’s a great place to live if you like city living. No car needed. But if you must have one be prepared to pay USD 500/month to park it. No, street parking isn’t practical for too many reasons to list here.

Manhattan is a densely populated borough that is among the world’s major financial commercial and cultural centers. The Broadway theater is staged in neon-lit Time Square. Its iconic sites include skyscrapers such as the Empire State Building and the sprawling Central Park. New York City is good for him/her to move in.
