Manhattan Beach is a somewhat ethnically diverse, charming, affluent beach community located just south of Los Angeles International Airport. The schools were most recently rated number three in the state, providing exemplary education for students ages five to 18-years-old. The beaches are beautiful and free of trash, many surfers flock to the area near the Manhattan Beach Pier and El Porto to catch waves in the lovely Pacific Ocean.

Manhattan Beach is a lovely seaside town with fabulous restaurants, a wonderful school district, and access to superb healthcare. If you enjoy surfing, beach bathing or just running on the beach, this is the town for you. It is somewhat anglo in its demographic, however, it is striving to become more diverse.
