The City of Malolos is in Region III (Central Luzon), Philippines. It is steeped in history, its people gracious and welcoming, and the culture leans toward the lifelong pursuit of goals which are honorable, nationalistic, and excellent. Malolos made its mark as the “Cradle of Democracy” in Asia. This was where the first democratic republic was born. Upon securing freedom from the Spanish colonizers, Gen. Emilio Famy Aguinaldo, together with his supporters, stood in the second floor of the Barasoain Church as Ambrosio Rianzares Bautista unfurled the Philippine tricolor. Aside from that, Malolos is known for its native delicacies, the likes of which are unforgettably Filipino in richness, texture, and taste.
