Stay away from Eatonville; it’s full of derelicts, and stupid rugrats that are being raised by idiotic parents and are permitted to run amok. Traffic will be bad during the afternoon, early evening, and morning rush hour. Good restaurants and schools.

Maitland, Florida, is a great area for families. It’s not too much like the rest of the Orlando area which is full of tourists and nightlife. It is close to many family-friendly activities, such as farmer’s markets, movie theaters, malls, etc. The schools in the area are rated A+. The neighborhoods are safe and friendly. Maitland is overall a close community where you are sure to have neighbors by your side.
