They must be fluent in Spanish as there aren’t many people who speak English. Summer, and most of spring, are extremely hot. It is in the geographic centre of Andalucia so it’s fairly easy to travel to most places in the region in around an hour. One of the best places to visit is the Palacio Santa Ana, a reformed palace, which is now a museum and art gallery.
