Tips for Moving and Visiting

Louth lacks a railway station and is quite isolated for that reason. Car ownership recommended. However shopping is decent and there is some small industry. Due to reasonable house prices, and proximity to the coast (about 12 miles) it is popular with retirees moving in from more expensive areas of the UK. It lies on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, officially an area of ‘outstanding natural beauty’. It is truly a safe, pretty and friendly place to live.
