It has very fertile soil, good for farming bananas, litchis, mangoes and nuts. It is a hotspot for commercial farmers as they don’t need to use fertilisers. The topography is very well structured for rainfall so you won’t won’t have to worry about water supply.
There is a water supply problem. It would be to your advantage to invest in a water tank, upon your arrival, or find accommodation with an existing water tank. Cost of living is relatively low compared to other cities. Most shopping centers, schools and office parks are close to residential areas. However, a car is necessary because the public transport system is not very good.
