Long Eaton is known for producing some of the best upholstery in the country. Multiple companies have become well known for providing upholstery to many high-end furniture brands. Not only this but Long Eaton also have a reputation for creating some of the finest upholstered furniture at great prices. Known also for being north of the River Trent, a canal runs directly through the town making for a lovely walk down the canal path and only a short drive from Attenborough Nature Reserve.
