Los Baños is a small town primarily known for being a special science and nature city. It is home to one of the top universities in the Philippines which is the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB). Mount Makiling, which is known for its lady-like shape, can also be in the city and hiked since it is an inactive volcano. Buko pie is also a delicacy which tourists lineup for and it is worth it. The fresh air contrary to other cities like Manila is a reason to live here.

Los Baños is the city of springs. You can find many hot springs around the area because of an inactive volcano called mount Makiling which is visible while taking a bus going to the south of Luzon Philippines. Aside from that Los Baños is known as special science and nature city of the Philippines through Presidential Proclamation.
