Lisburn is called a city, but you should be weary of this title. I myself believe that it is nothing more than a slightly enlarged town. When you think of ‘city’ you think of towering buildings, bustling streets and endless noise from massive television screens. Lisburn has none of this (maybe a little of the bustling bit — only a little).

Though the city has a proficient amount of shops available, designer brands are not common. It is a small city and most popular activities are within a walking distance of each other. Public transport does, however, end quite early into the night but this means that the city is peaceful and quiet.
