Ligao City was awarded as the cleanest City in Bicol Region. It’s constituents are well-informed of proper waste disposal and segregation. The youth, at least twice a year, conducts seminars with an objective of teaching the younger generations the importance of proper waste disposal and segregation. The Local Government Unit produced numerous trash cans with proper labels placed almost everywhere.

I reside at Ligao City. This city has been awarded the cleanest City in the year 2010. It’s constituents are well-informed about the proper segregation of wastes and its proper disposal. The people are throwing their garbage on proper trash cans. You can’t see a single person littering around. Ligao City is the place!
