My city is beautiful and holds loads of cultural knowledge. It is still very traditional oriented. We believe in the quote, “it takes a village to raise a child”. Where i come from, individuals are very united. Would you believe If I told you that, the elders of my area tend to live longer? Well they do and that is because we eat healthy, we still plant our own food. If you need relaxation and peace, my city is definitely that.

My city is situated in the northern cape province of South Africa. The temperature in this city is very high and it affects the growth of plants, hence it is also known as a dry city. Kuruman is well known by its production of iron ore. It supply its iron ore to Cape town.
