It is a small town that is on the west side of the Gauteng Province of South Africa. The town is roughly 60 km out of the metropolis of Johannesburg. The name Krugersdorp is of Afrikaans origin. The language Afrikaans is one of South Africa’s official languages hence it used to name many towns and cities in the country.

There is load shedding a lot. There is a lot of crime as well such house robbery, hijacking of cars, pick pocketing and murdering of people. There are beautiful tourist attraction site to visit and learn a lot of South African history. There is wildlife where you see the big five animals.

Be security conscious and aware of their surroundings. Understand that the availability of public transport is restricted. The types of shops in the city do not cater for all needs, speciality stores are located some distance from the residential areas. There are a number of reputable schools in Krugersdorp.

If a person moves to Krugersdorp, they would have to consider being a very safe and vigilant. Krugersdorp is not a very safe place and you would be more protected staying in a group of people. It is a very widely spread city, so it would be wise to purchase car.

It is a place that is full of diversity but it is very easy to adapt. The majority of the people here do speak English. This place is also rich in history as it plays a key role in the southern African history between the Europeans and Africans. The majority of the people here are Afrikaans which is a language that is adopted from Deutsche.

Krugersdorp is a town in the West of Gauteng and itis in close proximity to the Cradle of Humankind. This city unlike cities surrounding it is a mixture of rural life and urban living, the school in the area are world class and the people are also very friendly. The main languages spoken are English, Afrikaans and SeSetho.

As much as it is on the outskirts of most popular places in our province, it is not as boring as everyone thinks it to be. One can describe our city as vibrant. Populated by individuals from different backgrounds. We all just gel well together and given that everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming.
