Kissimmee is a great place to live. Located close to the Walt Disney World theme park and Universal Movie Studios. Plenty of jobs and a small town feel. People are friendly.

Kissimmee thrives off of big-name brands, and while small establishments are always there, they seem kind of ignored and have to work hard to make a name for themselves. From the magic of Disney to the creative voices that surround the city, to the welcoming small businesses, Kissimmee is a wonderful place to live.

Kissimmee is a family-oriented place that is known for its off-the-beaten-path adventures, limitless sunshine and its to world-famous theme parks. Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld Orlando are just minutes from Kissimmee. It is overall a fun, comfortable, safe place for anyone. The perfect place for retirement.

It is easy to forget that Kissimmee is a city. Everything is sprawled out with only wide roads and highways between, so that anyone living without a vehicle is almost obligated to live miserably. Sidewalks are rare and often spontaneously disappear, so either drive or invest in sturdy boots.

Kissimmee offers many fun recreational opportunities for families including theme parks, nature preserves, and entertainment venues. I recommend that a family member pursue a job at one of the theme parks, which can be quite expensive, so that the family may enjoy discounted or free admission tickets. While there are many perks to living in Kissimmee, the weather can be incredibly hot, especially in summer.

Kissimmee has a community of creative, artistic people. There are many theaters, acting classes, small businesses, and museums all around. Downtown Orlando is a hub of beautiful architecture such as Dr Phillips Center. Kissimmee hosts a diverse population. There’s a plethora of restaurants, shopping marts, and clothing stores founded and ran by marginalized groups. If you’re ever in the area and craving Filipino food you can visit Nipa Hut on Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway.

The place was full of sunshine. The people were friendly and the atmosphere was absolutely nice. There is nothing that you can deny to live in this beautiful area. Do not hesitate if you want to move here. Even though there are not many stores or malls around, you can drive about 20 minutes to get there.

Disney World will be your best go to location. Theme parks are close and provide great entertainment. Going to theme parks can be a lot of fun for date night or family outings. The best part of living in Kissimmee is the weather. The weather in Kissimmee is warm and rainy. Summer days require sunscreen.

Kissimmee is a suburb of Orlando. It has many opportunities for shopping and dining. It is just a few minutes from Universal Orlando, the Walt Disney World Resort, and Seaworld Orlando. Kissimmee is often advertised with St. Cloud, another suburb of Orlando. Kissimmee has a high cost of living.
