My city, Kericho is found in the great Rift Valley. It is the leading producer of tea. This is due to its cool climate. Tea does really well in such conditions. coffee is grown in some areas within this city hence building the economy of this area. The people of this city leave in peace, love and harmony.
Before moving to my city, you should consider purchasing a couple of blankets and anything that can keep you warm because it’s an extremely cold place. Umbrellas and gumboots are also a must as every season is a rainy season. Apart from the cold, which can be a major disadvantage, there is plenty of tea farms at my city, which means you get plenty of tea at very cheap prices, so carry a huge mug!
Kericho is a town which is in the highlands west of the Rift Valley Region of Kenya. Standing at the edge of Mau Forest, Kericho has a warm and temperate climate making it ideal place for agriculture and in particular, the large scale cultivation of tea. The town is strategically along the Kenya’s western tourism circuit, with access to Lake Victoria, the Maasai Mara National Reserve and The Ruma National Park.
