It gets very cold during winter, and extremely hot during summer. it can also be really dry when its harmattan. if you do not like extreme weather, you might want to pick another city. It’s a peaceful environment with friendly people and it’s also easy to get by daily. You’d also find that the pricing on items are cheap compared to other cities in the region too. But the people here are a bit particular about their religious practices so I’d advise you respect their religion an culture and all will be alright.
