Kandy is a city of the central province. Kandy is best for tourism which have temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. Kandy is a very beautiful city. This is called Kandurata by others from the country. Kandy is the birthplace to famous people like Kumar Sangakkara, Muttiah Muralitharan. Kandy have beautiful forests and rocks too.
Kandy is a relatively smaller and quiet city. The inhabitants of Kandy are peaceful and hospitable. Outsiders have to be aware that Kandy is a sacred city. Tourists should be careful not to disturb the general cultural rhythm of the city. You might come across several archaeologically important sites in Kandy.
Anyone moving to kandy should consider the cultural principles the city possesses. Given the city being the last kingdom of Sri Lanka, Kandy is well-known for its cultural heritage and carries so much of value in terms of rich traditional diversity. Migrating to Kandy is a cause of concern given its cultural barriers.
