The housing sector is made of varied options and pricing is varied to meet an individual’s taste. The main economic activity being agriculture, fresh food from the farm will be readily available at fare prices. With the only tropical rainforest, the temperature is favorable and conducive all year round and nature walks for bird watching and animals viewing is a must do.

HELPFUL REPORT

Moving into my city will be so appealing due to the existing physical features as well as the hills which allows one to have an aerial view of Kakamega Tropical forest. Additionally, the visitor will have the opportunity to witness the much-celebrated bullfighting, cockfighting, the magical crying stone and the Isikuti dances.

People from different places in Kenya live in the city with Swahili been the most used language. It’s a good place, with friendly people. It is a cold place and less expensive compared to other cities in Kenya. It has beautiful hotels and other places to visit and spend your weekend.

The climate here is favorable. It is a small city with ease of navigation. There are specific landmarks that are peculiar to the town center. Major administration offices and business premises are at the heart of the town. The main park in the town center serves as a recreational facility and avenue for major events.

Kakamega is the largest rural county in Kenya with a population of more than one million. It has friendly people from all ethnic groups in the country. The business opportunities are diverse for both the investor and the client. The housing sector is made of varied options and pricing is varied to meet an individual’s taste. There are single roomed houses at affordable rates. People who might want mansions can also get them at affordable rates. The cost of living is relatively low compared to neighboring cities such as Kisumu and Eldoret.
