Irvington is the safest city anybody could ever live. It is protected and neighbors do care for each other. Some people from different cities or from close by cities may believe that Irvington is not safe, however, that is not true. Living in Irvington, every person is your brother, sister, mother, father. They are all there for you which makes you feel calm and safe.

it is not considered to be a city. The state considers it to be a township. A township is a division of a county with some corporate powers. A township is also smaller than a city and contains a smaller population of people.
