Indore is the street-food capital of India. However, to enjoy the best of the food, one must have a local person to guide them. Additionally, the city is quite slow, I mean they should know that markets generally open after 11 am and stay open till late night. A historical food market opens at about 9 pm and remains open till 2 am. There are also specific places which serve the famous local dish, poha, 24*7.
