the area is between central Osaka and Kyoto prefecture. Therefore, they would be able to go to either easily by one of two local train stations. There are also several supermarkets, including Satake and Sundy which are the most affordable. If you live closer to the JR station, then you have direct access to the AEON shopping mall next to it. Housing around the Hankyu station, on the other hand, is cheaper.
