If you love being surrounded by nature, playing golf & tennis, biking on the beach, fishing, boating and living a very safe environment move to Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island. We have a very laid back lifestyle with enough restaurants, shopping and every other necessity to make HHI your year round home. Sea Pines hosts the PGA Heritage held now every April 11/12-18/19 since 1969. The island comes alive with tourists during the summer months.

Hilton Head is a small island off the coast of South Carolina. It is known for beautiful beaches, word class golf, and Southern hospitality. You will experience mild winters and very hot summers here. One of my favorite parts about living in Hilton Head, is that you are so close to a number of fantastic cities such as Savannah, Charleston, and Beaufort.
