Haramaya city is smallest city when compared to other cities in Ethiopia. In the city, there is Haramaya University, which is a great one in the country. There was also a lake called Haramaya lake. Unfortunately, the lake dried out in years back. The name of the city was taken from the lake. The visitor should come with warm clothes.
