Granite Falls is a rural, picturesque town that is in the Minnesota River Valley. Granite Falls has a rich history of milling and agriculture. The town is known for being the hometown of Andrew Volstad, one of the Prohibition pioneers. While small in population, Granite Falls offers a variety of sights to see, both for residents and visitors. From being home to some of the oldest rock in the world, to the quaint shops downtown, there is something for everyone here.
