Granite Falls is a small, rural community along the Minnesota River. Although lacking in size, it is very picturesque and welcoming. If you value life at a slower pace, you’ll love this town. Granite Falls is also rich in history, as the pioneer of the prohibition called this town home.

Granite Falls is a rural, picturesque town that is in the Minnesota River Valley. Granite Falls has a rich history of milling and agriculture. The town is known for being the hometown of Andrew Volstad, one of the Prohibition pioneers. While small in population, Granite Falls offers a variety of sights to see, both for residents and visitors. From being home to some of the oldest rock in the world, to the quaint shops downtown, there is something for everyone here.
