Grand Junction, Colorado, is where the desert meets the mountains. The weather is mild during winter and warm during summer. There is beautiful Glenwood Canyon about an hour to the east on I-70.

The City has notable museums such as Dinosaur Journey Museum, the Museum of Western Colorado, the Western Colorado Center for the Arts and Rimrocker Western Museum plus they have some interesting/educational exhibits. The city itself has quite a few notable attractions like the Bookcliff Country Club, the Teller Arms Center, the Eastgate Center and the Grand Speedway.

Grand Junction is a beautiful area of Western Colorado. There are many outdoor activities to partake in such as hiking, rock climbing, rafting, tubing, and paddleboarding to name a few. The views here are incredible. After visiting the area for a wedding, I ended up moving to Grand Junction just ten years ago. Come for a visit and see what I mean.
