Gilbertsville, Pennsylvania, is a rural city. Suburban living in its true form. While it is a suburb of the city of Philadelphia, it will still be a minimum of 45 minutes to one hour to drive from most parts of Gilbertsville to center city Philadelphia. However, many who chose to live here appreciate the suburban setting and distance from life in an urban area.

People don’t like to be disrespected, and most people are relaxed out in the suburban areas. you don’t want to make people mad and just try to keep your head down as you don’t need to put your head in anyone else’s business as they are just minding theirs.
