Ghaziabad is an affordable city and the connectivity to many metropolitan cities like Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, and many more. The cost of living in Ghaziabad is more affordable and cheap than many cities in NCR. This city is fully developed in terms of infrastructure and with less population.

This city is very close to the capital of India. Delhi has many historical places to visit. It is also well connected to the different places of Uttaranchal and Rajasthan. There is a major electricity problem. UPS is necessary for each home. Water supply is also a problem. Many times the municipality provides dirty water. Many times there is no water supply from municipality. So a personal submersible is also required. One more disadvantage is that there are too much mosquitoes because of open drainage on roads.
