Anyone who is about to move to Gdansk needs to be aware of the temperamental maritime climate. Sudden and violent changes in weather happen throughout the year, and leaving the house without a coat or a warm change of clothes has left me feeling miserable on more than one occasion.

Gdańsk is a beautiful city full of kind people. I find it’s history and architecture astonishing. There are many high-standard universities, and wonderful jobs. Due to Gdańsk’s transportation system it’s really easy to get around. What I think makes Gdańsk so beautiful is the greenery. Everywhere you look there are parks, trees and forests.
