Galway is a beautiful seaside city. It is very popular with tourists, in particular those from America. The city prides itself on its numerous festivals each year, the most popular of these being The Oyster Festival and The Galway Races. I highly recommend joining some of the great clubs here such as Girl Gone International and the local kayaking club.

Galway is a small but vibrant city on the west coast of Ireland with many employment opportunities in the manufacturing and IT sectors. Its temperate climate means we usually have short summers and lots of rainfall. There are many restaurants, bars and cafes to visit along with museums, beaches and historical sights. The cost of living is quite high due to increasing rental costs.
