Gainesville is a quiet, residential area in Prince William County, Virginia. It has the many advantages of a suburban town while being close enough to major urban areas that provide jobs. Gainesville is intersected by various highways that allow for an accessible commute to DC and Arlington. There is an abundance of shopping complexes and recreational activities that cater to families and single individuals, and community events that allow for meeting local residents. The sprawling suburbs of Gainesville provide excellent schools, interesting local businesses, and feature prominent historical landmarks from the Civil War. it is a great neighborhood for anyone who wants to escape the smog of the city but retain their career.
