Less traffic than Metro Atlanta but growing quickly. Has access to a very nice but busy lake and only an hour from the Blue Ridge mountains. There is no public transportation.
Gainesville is a beautiful city in north Georgia. Gainesville is home to Lake Lanier. The landscape is much different from other parts of Georgia. Atlanta is an hour drive from Gainesville. We are also known as the chicken capital of the world. The people come from various walks of life.
